If you ever need items made in St. Kitts - Nevis or if you are looking to start a factory in the Caribbean and need someone who not only has great leadership skills since she was a Headteacher for 10 years and an Education Officer for 5, try my mom - Mrs. Yvette Wallace, M.Ed.
I want to marry a lady who is both educated and talented with her hands like my mom. Over the 26 years I've been on this earth, here are some of the things that I saw my mom create to sell or as gifts for folks locally and internationally. This is like too much talent for one person. Partner with her in your country so that she can supply these custom handcrafted / sewn items. Handwork is always a top seller and expensive too.
Sooooo - I've seen my mom make:
Sleeveless blouses
baby shimmies
Straight dresses
Cushions
Decorated dolls
Bags
Baskets
Pin cushions
Smocking dresses
Tie dye
Hand embroidery on clothes and fabrics
Painted t-shirts
Iron board covers
Corduroy
Cutwork on fabrics
Shell vases and flowers
Table mats
Covers for tasters, mixers, blenders
Hair decorations
Neck ties, scarves, head ties
Patch work
Teddy bears
Crib sheets
Pencil cases
Camera bags
Handkerchiefs
Covered buttons
Table cloths, curtains, bed sets
Under wear, play pants, doll clothes,
Sewing machine covers
Kitchen curtains, drapes, tea-pot covers,
Half slips,
Netball skirts, dance skirts
Bread bags, flare skirts
sanitary pad holders.
I've seen my mom do all of this, she really needs a factory or to start a school to teach this type of stuff. You can hire her to come to your group or country to teach some of her skills. MIND YOU - She is a trained AGRO-PROCESSOR that makes jams, jellies, sweet potato and breadfruit flour etc - to start listing her other talents would make this blog entry too long.

I admire people like my mother Mrs Yvette Wallace, M.Ed. She is truly multi-talented a virtuous woman indeed. After serving 20 years teaching, 10 years as a headteacher and 5 as an education officer, she retired with a Masters Degree in Education and alot of skills. She is always willing to jump at every opportunity and I am most delighted to spend time blogging about the lady who made me what I am today.
